One of the better places in Nassau County. Very family oriented and the food is always deliciously prepared.

Food has been excellent in 3+ visits now. Service has been excellent. Highly recommended!

One of my favorite places to go for a few slices of pizza when I'm in the Oceanside area. The guys who manage the place are polite and exceptional with their service.

Food is always great. Service isn't always so great. It's very hit or miss depending on who your waitress is.

My kids love Pizzaiola’s pizzas! All the staff are very friendly and the food is good. I would definitely recommend eating here.

I only ever order two things from here, the Rigatoni Fiorentina and the Pizzaiola salad, the sun-dried tomato vinaigrette is so good. The Rigatoni Fiorentina's pink sauce is just right, light and flavorful. The grilled chicken, however, is what makes it better then anywhere else. 😋

I found them to be a bit pricey but the pizza was very good. The dough was nice and light and the sauce was tasty not very greasy. I will definitely go back.

This is my favorite pizza joint in New York. I recommend getting the buffalo blue cheese pizza. It will change your world. Getting a fresh pie is always best but you can never go wrong with a slice.

Love the food, and the staff has always been very nice to us. Joe is one of the nicest guys around. If he was yelling at someone at work, they probably weren't doing their job. Been going there for over 10 years. They even helped us out during Sandy when we had no food, heat or electricity. We only have good things to say about this place.

Growing up in Oceanside this was THE hangout spot- so colorful, so cozy, so festive, great pizza. The renovation is so depressing, just have to say my piece. Add some color and I’ll buy your pizza once more:(

The guys behind the counter have a good way nse of humor and are friendly regardless of how busy they are. They also have delicious pizza and rolls. We enjoyed a pepperoni slice and a sausage roll. Both were great.

We stopped in without any plans and glad we did. The food we had was excellent, 2 entrees and mozz sticks. We will go again and again.

I really liked their food but the reason I wouldn't recommend this place anymore was because of the RUDE service I would receive from the counter staff. I truly hated that they wouldn't address the customer the right way by saying "How may I help you" or a simple "Hello" but instead greeted by a "what do you want?" They would then give your order and not even acknowledge you with a simple" thank you" or "come again." This wasn't a one time experience. It was all the time. At first, I just ignored it because I liked their food but decided that I was the customer and I don't need to give them my money for s**t service. They need to treat their customers better so I decided to go to other pizzerias. Goodbye Pizziaola!!! It's been over five years since I've been there. Hello Lia's and D'Cocos.

Been coming to this restaurant for over 20 years and it keeps getting BETTER! Great fresh food, great service and everything is so damn CLEAN!!! The owner Joe is so friendly and accommodating. Just the best!!

I've read some good reviews about this place, so I decided to try it out. The buffalo pizza with blue cheese was awesome I also had a tortellini soup as well, and it was great. What I didn't like was their calzones(everyone makes them different), at Pizzaiola calzones are made the same way with exactly same ingredients if you want to add some extra ingredients listed in the menu, except them just to be added-stuffed inside when calzones come out of oven, which means that the extra ingredient is not cooked at the same time with calzone. Awesome place, and I will go there again, but if I will want calzones specifically, I will search a different place)

Food was good, eventually. Kitchen was very slow. And, on first try, they got one entree correct and one completely wrong. So then a second longer than appropriate wait. Not a fun experience. One glass of water. No one refilled the glass. Their food and service is usually good. Guys! Get it together.
